The Sappy Back Story

I'm the owner, Lezlie Elliott, and I was born in South Georgia. That is where I learned all I ever needed to know about life; it is the people in it that make every day worth experiencing.  Down South people work hard, relax with intent, and cook up some mean eatin’!  We appreciate the goodness of God and all the pleasures life gives.  And when life isn’t so easy, we come to the aide of our family and neighbors.  This is the idea behind the collaborative nature of SaltCreek MarketHouse.

It has been a dream of mine for quite some time to market all my favorite finds from the beloved areas through which I have traveled or called home.  From simple childhood relics of nostalgia to the latest creations of up-and-coming artisans, I hope to present the best of what the Low Country can produce.  My prayers have been answered in the concept of SaltCreek MarketHouse.  This market exists to house the spiritual fruits of those that inhabit the region, the salt of the earth.
